Returns

As all our garments are made to order, we do not offer returns or refunds.

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges only, subject to availability.

Exchange Request Window: Within 3 days of delivery.

Please mention your preferred size when initiating an exchange request.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange, the item must:

• Be unworn and unwashed

• Be in its original condition

• Have all tags attached

• Not be a sale item or innerwear product

Sale items and innerwear are final sale and are not eligible for exchange.

How to Request an Exchange

1. Email us at hayaposh@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the exchange.

2. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions.

3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided by our team.

Exchange Shipping

Shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
